New Homes Sales Advisor
Location: Abergavenny, South Wales
Salary: £25,500 – £27,000 (depending on experience) + Generous Commission
Working Pattern: Thursday – Monday (Tuesday & Wednesday off) | 1 in 6 weekends off
We are recruiting on behalf of one of South Wales’ largest privately owned housebuilders, renowned for building award‑winning 2, 3 and 4‑bedroom homes across the region. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a professional and motivated New Homes Sales Advisor to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity to start on one of their existing developments before progressing to a brand‑new development in Llangyfelach, Swansea. You will play a key role in managing and nurturing the many leads already generated, ensuring customers are qualified and ready to purchase when plots are released. This is a fantastic chance to be involved in a brand‑new development from the very beginning.

* An experienced Sales Advisor
* Friendly and personable
* Hardworking, resilient and self‑motivated
* Highly organised with the ability to work on your own initiative
* Positive with a strong “can‑do” attitude
* Confident with both written and verbal communication
* Knowledgeable in the sales process
* IT literate with Microsoft Office
The Role
As a New Homes Sales Advisor, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience while managing the full sales journey from initial enquiry through to completion.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Meeting and greeting prospective purchasers and demonstrating the features and benefits of the homes
* Building strong relationships and rapport with potential buyers
* Negotiating and securing qualified sales reservations
* Managing and maintaining the customer database
* Completing reservation paperwork with purchasers
* Liaising with purchasers and the Sales Manager to progress sales through to exchange of contracts and legal completion
* Ensuring the sales office and show homes are clean, tidy and well presented at all times
* Assisting purchasers with optional extras and processing their selections
* Keeping purchasers updated on the progress of their plot and development
* Producing weekly sales build reports and development reports for management
* Attending site and sales meetings with the site team
* Staying aware of market conditions and industry trends

* Competitive salary £25,500 – £27,000 (depending on experience)
* Generous commission structure (paid on exchange)
* Additional quarterly target commission
* Working pattern Thursday to Monday (Tuesday & Wednesday off)
* 1 in 6 weekends off
* Holiday entitlement increasing with length of service
