Key Responsibilities Paid Media and Campaign Management Plan, execute and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other digital platforms Manage budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting and creative testing Monitor and improve campaign performance to maximise return on investment Remarketing and Audience Strategy Develop and deliver full-funnel remarketing campaigns Build and refine audience segments based on behaviour and lifecycle stage Test new channels and approaches to increase reach and engagement CRM and Marketing Automation Build and optimise automated customer journeys and lead nurturing campaigns Manage workflows, triggers and segmentation within CRM platforms Ensure data accuracy and compliance across all activity Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Optimise landing pages, adverts and user journeys to improve conversion rates Plan and execute A/B testing and performance experiments Use insights to continuously refine campaign performance Reporting and Insights Monitor campaign performance and provide clear, actionable insights Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement Support multi-channel attribution and performance tracking Skills and Experience Experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads and Meta Ads essential) Strong understanding of performance marketing and full-funnel strategy Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and inform decisions Experience with A/B testing, CRO and landing page optimisation Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
