Key Duties
* Contribute to the business's clinical service by assisting clients through thorough hearing examinations and bespoke product recommendations.
* Work with high energy and enthusiasm to support the organisation's aspirations for further global expansion.
* Operate flexibly in a hybrid role, including remote work in the UK, face-to-face client interactions, and potentially in Southern Europe if open to travel. NB: This is a newly created role within our client's operations, requiring flexibility to meet emerging business needs.
* Support the business owners proactively and with attention to detail in managing the online presence, website, marketing/branding, and product offerings.

Key Skills, Qualifications, and Client Requirements
* HCPC registered or eligible to register as a Hearing Aid Dispenser, or hold a BSc/MSc in Audiology with strong business acumen.
* Prior experience of running a business or holding roles such as Sales Director or Operations Director within a hear-care commercial business is highly desirable.
* Good experience in digital marketing and retail website management is advantageous.
* Right to work in the UK and a driver's license are preferred.
