Job Description

Digital Product at ASOS

At ASOS, we’re proud to be a global fashion destination serving over 23 million active customers across more than 100 markets with 2.5 billion visits annually. Our Tech team is at the heart of everything we do, powering the digital experiences that make ASOS a leader in online fashion retail. We operate as a product-led organisation, where cross-functional teams are empowered to solve real customer problems through innovation, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making. With a strong focus on scalability, personalisation, and cutting-edge technology, we’re building the future of fashion commerce.

The Details

We're expanding our Digital Product team and are looking for a Product Designer to join us!

As a Product Designer, you'll be an integral part of one of our many customer experience product development teams, focused on executing our strategic missions and achieving defined objectives.

You will play a key role throughout the product lifecycle, from discovery and definition to concept design, research, validation, and delivery. You'll create documentation, wireframes, realistic prototypes and pixel-perfect UI that delight our customers and meet business needs.

Join us and be part of ASOS’s digital revolution.

Key Responsibilities

* Own the end-to-end design of digital products within your Product development team, ensuring they are built, shipped, and continually optimised.
* Focus on delivering outcomes and value for customers and the business as part of the new product operating model.
* Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team including product managers, engineers, business partners and stakeholders, driving end-to-end delivery and being accountable for the performance and success of your initiatives.
* Work in an agile environment, adapting to changing needs and embracing an agile mindset.
* Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to ensure insight-driven, customer-centric solutions and validate design choices.
* Design with consistency and brand principles in mind, knowing when to use our design system and when to break away from it.
* Communicate design choices, progress, and research findings early and often.
* Champion the user and be their voice at all times, adhering to a user-centered design philosophy.
* Ensure all designs meet ASOS's target accessibility standards.
* Understand the technology, business processes, and data models that underpin our user experiences.
* Stay updated on new technology, design trends, and emerging design thinking.

* Excellent skills in creating polished visuals, interactive prototypes, and intuitive flows in Figma, while maintaining and enhancing design system components.
* You have experience designing for multiple platforms - Web (Mobile, Tablet & Desktop), and App (iOS & Android).
* You have experience in making data-driven design choices (e.g. from analytics, quantitative/qualitative research, and A/B tests).
* You have great communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate your design choices and influence key stakeholders.
* You are passionate about delivering high-quality digital products that meet customer needs and drive business value.
