This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Clinical Manager with strong organisational and leadership skills to play a key role in the smooth running of a busy, multidisciplinary hospital.
About the Position
* Full-time role available
* Up to £38,000 per annum (D.O.E.)
* No out-of-hours (OOHs) or weekend requirements
* Oversee patient flow and optimise workflow between teams
* Manage referrals, colleagues, and room allocation across departments
* Anticipate and resolve day-to-day operational challenges
* Support clinical departments and provide cover as required
* Lead and inspire colleagues in delivering outstanding patient care
