In this role, you will interact directly with customers via emails, phone calls, and in-branch contact to answer questions, provide guidance, increase sales, and elevate their experience with our company.

Key Responsibilities
* Greet and serve customers, being polite, patient, and helpful from the moment they enter the branch.
* Work on SOP system and handle customer transactions.
* Deliver a balanced performance across key business metrics and KPI measures aligned with business goals and objectives.
* Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Finance, and Technical Teams to maximise customer opportunities and promote a customer-first culture.
* Assist in receiving deliveries and managing stock procedures.
* Keep the branch clean, tidy, well-presented, and stocked.
* Assist the Branch Manager in maintaining and developing customer relationships.
Skills and Experience
* A passion for and experience in delivering fantastic customer service.
* Previous experience in a sales advisor/customer service position.
* Interest in boating and/or knowledge of the Marine industry.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office Applications.
* Ability to plan, prioritise, and solve problems.
* Knowledge of SOP systems.
* Result-driven and highly motivated to meet and exceed targets.
