Working as a Bank Housekeeper Assistant means you will play a vital role in ensuring our home remains a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents, visitors, and staff.

Role & Responsibilities
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the home
* Completing daily cleaning duties including bedrooms, communal areas, bathrooms, kitchens, and dining areas
* Supporting with laundry services, including washing, drying, ironing, and returning clothing appropriately
* Following infection control and COSHH guidelines at all times
* Ensuring cleaning schedules are completed and recorded accurately
* Working closely with the care team to support residents' needs and preferences
* Monitoring and reporting any maintenance, health and safety, or environmental concerns
* Helping to maintain a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors
What We Are Looking For
* Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
* A positive, reliable, and hardworking attitude
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Understanding of hygiene, infection control, and health & safety standards (training can be provided)
* Flexibility to work shifts as required by the service
As this is a Bank position, you will provide cover for annual leave, sickness, and additional support, therefore shifts and working days will vary.
