Overview
Front of House Supervisor: As Front of House Supervisor you will be responsible for the day to day running of the Restaurant and Dining Areas.
Main duties
* Assist House Manager and Management Team in the planning, organisation and execution of events.
* You will be required to coordinate the operation of the Restaurant ensuring that kitchen, bar and waiting staff are working as a team.
* Recruit, train, manage and motivate staff
* Meet and Greet customers, organise table reservations and offer advice about menu and wine choice.
* Maintain high standards of hygiene and quality control.
* Check stock levels, order supplies and prepare cash drawers and petty cash.
* Responsible for the tidiness and cleanliness of all Front of House areas, and likewise responsible for the back of house areas used by the Front of House Team.
* Ensuring that the Waiting and Front of House staff are smart and well presented at all times and conforming to company uniform policy.
* Maintain Team Checklist and ensure that all daily, weekly, and monthly tasks and cleaning duties are carried out to sufficient standard.
