Job Description Position: Receptionist Reports to: Reception Manager / Building Manager Hours: 24 Overall Purpose of the Role To provide a professional, friendly, and efficient reception and administrative service for Foley Street, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a positive experience for tenants, visitors, and staff. Personal Profile A warm and proactive receptionist with a strong commitment to service excellence. Skilled in front desk operations, meeting room coordination, and administrative support. Organised, approachable, and confident in managing multiple tasks while maintaining a welcoming environment. Able to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external contractors to ensure seamless building operations.
