We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Dentist to take on a dual clinical and leadership role within Rainham Dental & Implant Clinic in Rainham (ME8 7HX). This unique opportunity allows you to combine hands‑on patient care with a central role in shaping high‑quality care delivery, team performance, and practice evolution.
Opportunity
* Shared Ownership Model: Take a meaningful stake in the practice with influence in profitability, long‑term success, clinical leadership, commercial decisions, and practice direction. Work as part of a wider group with support, scale, and infrastructure of PortmanDentex.
* Practice Clinical Lead (PCL): Focus on care, standards, and team development. Work closely with the Practice Manager to drive performance, shape clinical standards, mentor the clinical team, champion governance, and contribute to strategic decisions.

* GDC‑registered dentist with strong clinical experience
* Have an NHS Performer number
* A natural leader who communicates clearly and builds trust
* Committed to high‑quality, patient‑centred care
* Motivated to develop others and improve practice operations
