Job Description

Information Technology is part of Digital Technologies, a department responsible for digital transformation. You will work with dedicated colleagues focused on delivering stable, efficient, and compliant IT solutions. We value simplicity and agility in our operations.

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be part of the Global IT Support team within the FDB IT Department, working with skilled colleagues to ensure reliable IT services.

Your responsibilities include providing world-class IT support, ensuring timely and user-focused solutions, and managing the day-to-day IT support for end users’ digital workplaces to minimize business disruptions.

You will also be involved in continual service improvement, incident management, user onboarding/offboarding, equipment procurement, and cross-functional collaboration.


Key Responsibilities

1. Provide daily IT support to end users.
2. Respond to inquiries via phone, direct contact, and IT service management tools.
3. Manage incident and service request processes.
4. Handle critical incidents to minimize business impact.
5. Manage onboarding and offboarding of user devices and access.
6. Procure and manage local IT equipment and storage.
7. Coordinate with global teams to standardize and optimize support.
8. Collaborate to improve IT services and contribute to knowledge management.
9. Participate in IT projects as needed.
10. Contribute to on-call support rotations.


Your Qualifications

* Strong understanding of end-user peripherals and ITSM frameworks.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and handle multiple initiatives.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* At least 5 years of IT support experience, especially with end-user interaction.
