Key responsibilities
Follow the daily production plan, ensuring high standards of work aligned with quality systems and procedures
Produce high-quality products according to job card specifications, with attention to detail and presentation
Operate production lines at correct speeds to ensure efficiency and output targets are met
Optimise the use of reclaim and regrind materials while maintaining required product quality
Operate machinery safely and correctly to reduce waste and scrap
Follow all health and safety protocols, including the use of PPE and machinery guarding
