As a global leader in the lift and escalator industry, we provide innovative solutions across lifts, escalators, automatic doors, and maintenance and modernisation – adding value throughout a building’s entire lifecycle.We’re currently looking for Lift Engineer Improver to join our team in East AngliaWhat’s an Improver?Someone with the right attitude, some hands-on or technical foundation, and the drive to learn - but who isn’t fully qualified yet .Think of it as the stage between: A pprentice (learning basics) Improver (building practical competence) Qualified EngineerAs a Lift Service Improver, you’ll support experienced engineers in delivering planned maintenance, minor repairs, and safety inspections across a variety of lift systems. Spending your time out on site, you’ll shadow service routes, assist with fault finding, and gradually take on hands-on maintenance tasks, learning how to work with different lift types, control systems, and components.
