Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in various healthcare settings.
* Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
* Monitor and record patient vital signs, progress, and symptoms.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
* Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.
* Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
* Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and professional standards.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Degree in Nursing and valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
* Proven experience working as a General Nurse, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
* Sound knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
* Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
* Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered approach to care.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* PVG Certificate would be an advantage
