About the Role: This is a rewarding and hands-on role where you will: Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEN Work closely with teachers to deliver tailored learning strategies Support children with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties Help manage behaviour in a positive and supportive way Encourage independence, confidence, and social development Assist in creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment Support with daily routines and classroom activities What We're Looking For: ✔️ Enhanced DBS on the update service ✔️ Experience working in UK schools (essential) ✔️ Proven experience supporting children with SEN ✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills ✔️ Patient, caring, and resilient personality ✔️ Ability to adapt and respond to individual pupil needs ✔️ A genuine passion for supporting children About Simply Education: Simply Education has been supporting schools for over 25 years, building strong partnerships across Chesham and the surrounding areas.
