We have an exciting opportunity for a Director of Nursing and Quality to join our National Health in Justice clinical team at Practice Plus Group.
The Director of Nursing and Quality will provide strategic nursing leadership in order to consistently deliver high quality, safe and cost-effective care for patients within the Health and Justice service line, continuously working to improve the healthcare provided to this complex patient group. The post holder will provide professional leadership to all colleagues including maintaining high professional standards in behaviour and practice across all services and developing clinical leadership capability.

What you'll be doing
As a Director Of Nursing And Quality, You Will
Provide professional and clinical leadership and development to the nursing and allied health professional (AHP) workforce across Health in Justice.
Work with the National Health in Justice team to help ensure Health in Justice has a nursing workforce and skill mix that reflects national standards and meets Practice Plus Group's needs for innovation.
Lead quality and high standards of quality governance throughout Health in Justice Service line, ensuring full compliance with internal and external expectations for service delivery.
Contribute to the ongoing development and implementation of the Health in Justice Quality Assurance Framework and of the Continuous Quality Review process.

Qualifications Required
Registered Nurse Level 1 with extensive experience in a senior nursing role.
Attendance of a management training programme.
Training to level 4 in the safeguarding of vulnerable people.
Significant experience of working in a Senior Clinical role.
Minimum three years' experience in a management position with line and budgetary responsibility for teams.
Experience of leading and implementing workforce review /redesign.
