Clyde Windows & Construction Ltd. is expanding, and we are now recruiting a highly organised Project Coordinator to support and manage the daily operations of our Window & Door Installation Division.
This is a key role within a growing company, responsible for ensuring smooth project delivery, strong communication, and operational efficiency across multiple installation teams.
About the Role
As Project Coordinator, you will take ownership of the day-to-day planning and execution of installation projects. You will ensure teams are fully prepared, customers are well-informed, and all materials, labour, and schedules run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Overseeing all window and door installation projects from planning through to completion
* Coordinating labour, scheduling installation teams, and managing daily workflows
* Ensuring materials are ordered, delivered, staged, and ready for each job
* Supporting operatives with day-to-day issues and decision-making
* Leading and supporting project teams to maintain quality and productivity
* Acting as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear and professional communication
* Maintaining high standards of installation quality, safety, and compliance
* Working closely with the Operations Director on continuous improvement and long-term planning
About You

Pay: £35,000.00-£41,000.00 per year
