This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor looking to work on varied projects, take ownership of schemes from pre-construction through to final account, and contribute to the continued growth of a successful regional contract

* tiesManaging the commercial aspects of multiple construction proje
* cts.Preparing cost plans, budgets, and tender documentat
* ion.Procuring subcontractors and negotiating contract te
* rms.Valuing and processing subcontractor applications and payme
* nts.Managing variations, change control, and contractual corresponde
* nce.Producing accurate cost reports and foreca
* sts.Monitoring project expenditure and identifying commercial risks and opportunit
* ies.Supporting project teams to ensure successful commercial outco
* mes.Negotiating and agreeing final accounts with clients and subcontract
* ors.Maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partn
ers.Requirem
* entsProven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction indus
* try.Experience delivering residential, education, commercial, or mixed-sector proje
* cts.Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and construction procurement proces
* ses.Excellent commercial awareness and cost management ski
* lls.Ability to manage projects independently from inception through to complet
* ion.Strong negotiation and communication ski
* lls.Relevant construction-related qualification (HNC, HND, Degree, or equivale
nt).
