Job Description
We have a great opportunity for a Senior Creative Design Manager to join a fast-growing health and fitness tech brand. We’re looking for a design-led manager to be the brand guardian, leading, shaping and directing the visual brand identity across all digital touchpoints. Offices are in London with hybrid working 1 day remote / 4 days in the office.
The Role
As the Design Manager and brand guardian you will oversee and direct a range of external design agencies, and lead the visual and UX standards across the website, advertising, email campaigns and content. Strong UX/UI skills is required within D2C, retail/e-com experience. The role requires some hands-on skills but a high percentage of the role is design management.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the visual identity and UX/UI standards.
* Act as final design guardian across the business.
* Manage and direct external agencies and designers.
* Lead briefs, feedback, and approvals.
* Oversee website UX/UI and user journeys.
* Approve all final creative and digital outputs.
* Provide hands-on design support when needed.
About You
* 5+ years in digital, brand, or UX/UI design.
* Agency or inhouse brand experience
* Experience in e‑commerce or consumer brands.
* Strong portfolio showcasing digital and UX/UI work.
* Experience managing agencies or external partners.
* Skilled in Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite.
* Organised, detail-driven, and confident giving feedback.
