* Salary: From £37,518 per annum (negotiable based on experience)
* Contract Type: Permanent
* Location: Redditch
* Hours: Flexible start times 6:00-8:00 AM; flexible finish times 2:30-4:30 PM (Mon-Thurs); Friday 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM
* Total Hours: 39 hours per week

Your Role
As a CNC Miller Setter/Operator/Programmer, your key responsibilities will include:
* Setting, Operating, and Programming CNC machines to produce precision parts
* Experience with HAAS and DMN machines is essential
* Additional experience with Matsuura Horizontal and MAZAK is beneficial
* You’ll be expected to maintain high-quality standards and ensure efficient machine operation
