We are looking for Engagement Managers whose principal responsibility will be to lead the delivery of our most exciting digital opportunities, you will work closely with our Market Unit and Account Management teams to shape and deliver client assignments. Your role In this role you will get the opportunity to: Deliver key digital engagements, typically valued from £1m - £5m - working with colleagues from across Capgemini UK to convert new business opportunities to live projects. Build and manage delivery teams formed from across the Capgemini business and external partners Represent Capgemini within our clients' organisations, building personal and corporate credibility and confidence Lead engagements to achieve the assignment goals set, delight the client and generate extensions and new business opportunities Actively support the continuing evolution and application of our delivery methods, notably Agile and RightshoreTM delivery Your profile Experience leading Digital Customer Experience software delivery projects Ability to apply functional and technical knowledge of eCommerce applications, to help guide the design and implementation of the solution Leadership and presence with the ability to facilitate product vision, strategy, and feature decisions across geographically dispersed client and Capgemini teams Proven experience implementing and using Agile and DevOps delivery processes and techniques Strong and motivational team leader, capable of enthusing and directing teams to be successful delivering complex tasks and challenging commitments Growth-driven mentality and dynamism to expand Capgemini's business within client accounts Influencing and communications skills to build relationships within client organisations Certified Professional in Agile Project Management (CPAPM) (advantageous) Scrum Master certification (advantageous) You will need to be SC eligible and have full right to work in the U.K. to be considered for this post Why Capgemini is unique We work with a range of clients all with a unique set of business, technological and societal ambitions.
