The Role: Support Worker
As a Support Worker, you’ll be at the heart of transformational support work, helping individuals grow in confidence, independence, and life skills while feeling safe, valued, and respected.
You’ll deliver high-quality support work by:
1. Providing personalised daily care, learning support, and emotional support
2. Creating a safe, positive, and empowering environment
3. Supporting community access, activities, and social development
4. Implementing individual care plans with a supportive senior team
5. Promoting independence, confidence, and self-belief
6. Working as part of a compassionate, skilled support network

13. Full UK driving licence – driver essentials
This role involves regulated activity with adults and requires an enhanced DBS with barred list check.
