Treasury Manager | Market-Leading Corporate | Greater London | £70,000–£90,000 + Bonus & Benefits

This role sits within a well-established and highly visible treasury function and will play a key part in both business-as-usual treasury operations and a number of strategic transformation initiatives, most notably a Treasury Management System (TMS) implementation. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape processes, enhance controls, and drive efficiencies across the group’s treasury activities.
Key responsibilities:
* Ownership of day-to-day cash and liquidity management across the group, ensuring optimal utilisation of funds
* Lead and support the implementation and ongoing optimisation of a TMS, working closely with finance, IT, and external providers
* Prepare and enhance cash flow forecasting models, delivering accurate and insightful reporting to senior stakeholders
* Manage and develop relationships with banking partners and other financial institutions
* Support funding, refinancing, and capital structure activities where required
* Ensure adherence to treasury policies, controls, and governance frameworks, driving best practice across the function
* Partner with key stakeholders across finance and the wider business to support strategic decision making
* Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce risk
Candidate profile:
* AMCT qualified (or equivalent)
* Demonstrable experience in a Treasury Manager or Senior Treasury Analyst role within a corporate environment
* Strong technical knowledge of cash management, liquidity, and forecasting
* Previous exposure to or involvement in TMS implementation or treasury transformation projects
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels
* Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
