As Store Manager of Moida Birmingham, you'll lead a passionate team, create a space where every customer feels truly welcome, and drive the commercial performance that keeps Moida growing.
This role requires proven retail management experience - you've led a team, owned a sales floor, and delivered results. A background in beauty is a strong advantage. What you'll be doing
* Leading and developing the full Moida team, warm, expert and welcoming every day
* Owning and managing the store P&L including sales targets, margin and cost control
* Driving a culture of genuine product knowledge, expert recommendations and brilliant service
* Managing all stock, visual merchandising and K‑beauty product ranging
* Overseeing all recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management
* Ensuring compliance with all retail and H&S regulations
* Analysing trading data and leading improvement plans to hit and exceed targets
What we're looking for
* Store Manager or Deputy Manager experience in beauty, K‑beauty or lifestyle retail
* Commercially driven with strong P&L management capability
* A natural people developer who builds motivated, knowledgeable teams
* Genuine passion for K‑beauty and Korean culture, this matters here
* Strong visual merchandising instincts
* Flexible for weekends, bank holidays and varied shifts
* Eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship
