Project Manager

I am seeking an experienced Project Manager to join my client, a leading civil engineering contractor. You will be heading up an exciting project based in Oxfordshire, delivering key infrastructure works within the water sector.
You will have a strong background in managing structures and shafts packages, ideally with direct experience on Thames Water projects. You will be responsible for leading projects from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning through to delivery
* Manage structures and shaft construction works
* Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
* Maintain programme schedules and manage project risks
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Project Manager within civil engineering or the water sector
2. Strong experience delivering structures and shafts
3. Previous work with Thames Water is highly desirable
