Change Lead

With around 3,000 employees worldwide, they are embarking on a firm-wide transformation aligned to our strategic priorities — and we are looking for a passionate and experienced Change Lead to join this journey.
The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Change Lead to drive the establishment and ongoing development of our change management capability. This is a pivotal role, supporting the successful delivery of our strategic agenda by enabling and embedding effective, sustainable change across the business.
As Change Lead, you will partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders to shape, implement and embed change strategies that align with our goals. You’ll play a key role in creating a consistent, scalable approach to change management that can be applied across programmes, projects and business initiatives globally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the design and implementation of a firm-wide change management framework, methodology, and toolkit.
* Build and develop internal capability for managing change through training, coaching, and support for project and business teams.
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure change initiatives are aligned with the Firm’s strategic objectives.
* Provide change management leadership and support to major transformation programmes and business-critical projects.
* Develop and manage change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement strategies, communications plans, and training initiatives.
* Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of change efforts and drive continuous improvement.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, enabling them to effectively lead their teams through change.
About You:
* Proven experience in leading change management within complex, global corporate environments.
* A track record of building or significantly maturing change capability from the ground up.
* Deep understanding of change management principles, methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR), and tools.
* Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
* Strong project delivery mindset with the ability to work across multiple initiatives simultaneously.
* Experience in professional services or similar people-centric, matrixed organisations is highly desirable.
