Youll provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs — helping them live their best lives with confidence, choice, and independence. Shift Patterns & Working Hours We offer both full-time and part-time roles, with a range of shift patterns to suit different lifestyles: Day shifts Night shifts Sleep-in shifts Waking night shifts Youll be expected to work every other weekend, with rotas planned in advance to support a healthy work–life balance. What Will Your Day Look Like? This is a varied and meaningful role. Some days are calm and structured; others are busy and fast-paced — thats what makes it so rewarding.
