About the Role - Purpose of the Role: Opening up new business areas and further developing existing ones.
Responsibilities -
* Management and development of a defined customer portfolio.
* Establishment and expansion of the strategic network with partners, associations, and other stakeholders.
* Design and implementation of new strategies in marketing and sales.
* Forecasting future trends and developments.
* Knowledge transfer within the organization.
* Monitoring and reporting on performance metrics.
* Market and competitor analysis.
* Representation at trade fairs and conferences.
Required Skills -
* Ability to influence and impact people across all levels of the organization.
* Effective written and oral communication skills.
* Team management capabilities.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Proven sales success with knowledge of sales concepts, methods, and techniques.
* Experience in developing sales plans, analyzing profitability, and understanding competitive influences and risks.
* Excellent presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
* Good time management skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and other PC applications.
* Proven B2B sales experience in the Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry.
* Minimum of 2 years in a sales role.
* Project management experience and skills.
