What you’ll do
To provide day-to-day PMO support for large-scale programmes, ensuring governance, reporting, planning, and control processes are effectively managed to enable successful delivery.
Key accountabilities:
* Provide PMO support to ensure delivery teams follow agreed governance, controls, and reporting standards.
* Own and manage central reporting processes, including weekly status reports, dashboards, and SteerCo materials.
* Maintain and monitor the central RAID log; ensure change requests are tracked and governed appropriately.
* Support programme budget tracking, PO management, and financial reconciliation with Finance.
* Coordinate integrated programme planning, stakeholder alignment, and dependency tracking across workstreams.
Who you are
* Core competencies, knowledge and experience
* Proven experience in programme/project management office functions within complex programmes
* Strong skills in reporting, data analysis, and the use of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Sound understanding of governance, RAID, and change control processes.
* Effective stakeholder management, coordination, and communication skills.
* Familiarity with financial tracking, forecasting, and supporting invoice/PO processes.
