About The Role
Working in our Technical Services mobile team on a Major Retail contract with opportunities to support other Commercial and Residential contracts within our expanding division.
Key Responsibilities
* Undertake PPM, proactive, and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames to meet customer expectations.
* Monitor contractors and their workmanship to ensure standards are met.
* Ensure equipment and surrounding areas conform to company standards.
* Evaluate performance and ensure proper servicing and maintenance of contracted equipment.
* Work safely at all times, complying with health & safety legislation.
* Contribute to overall efficiency, effectiveness, and contract profitability.
* Support the implementation of integrated service delivery, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
* Provide callout responses as per the rota, approximately 1 in 4 weeks.
Essential Hiring Criteria
* Right to work in the UK
* Valid UK driving license
* Relevant certifications: Qualified Electrician, City & Guilds 2330 & 2391 or NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition
* Experience in Facilities Management is beneficial
* CSCS Skills card or equivalent
* First Aid certification
* Ability to use electronic handheld devices
* Basic IT skills (Excel & Microsoft products)
