Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly experienced Customer Service Ambassador who has extensive knowledge of customer service and can provide our 6-Star front-of-house service delivery.
This is a full-time role, working Monday- Friday evenings 13:00hrs to 23:00hrs and averages 50 hours per week. The role is based within a brand-new client development located in Whitechapel, between Aldgate and Whitechapel tube stations providing easy links in to work (Metropolitan, Circle and Elizabeth lines)
The pay rate for this role is £15.09 per hour and you will be entitled to 28 days of holiday per annum including bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver a 6-star guest experience at all times
Ensure all visitors experience the full customer journey
Proactive Lobby hosting and lift escort management
Sensitive customer interaction while maintaining a cohesive acknowledgement of all guests Be seen as a visible customer-focused professional by being proactive and greeting clients and visitors where possible
Be proactive and anticipate any action client or customer requirements in a professional manner.
Issue visitor passes using the agreed sign-in and out policies and procedures
Communicate where required visitor or client arrivals with a high level of discretion Handle all incoming telephone calls and enquiries in an efficient and sincere manner
Provide a high level of concierge services and have a wide knowledge of provisions within local and surrounding areas.
Ensure all fire exits are kept clear. Health & Safety issues are reported
Ensure all landlord contractor access it pre-authorised and in accordance with risk assessment/permit-to-work conditions
Handle mail and courier enquiries with discretion and sensitivity Provide administrative support/incident report writing
Ability and foresight to create a safe environment for all guests and visitors
Complete a full detailed handover at the end of each shift
Person Specification
1. Professional, highly driven, flexible, enthusiastic, proactive, self-motivated team player
2. SIA license required
3. Holds a true passion for high standards of customer service delivery
4. A keen interest and high level of IT/computer skills would be an advantage
5. Ability to provide 6-star guest experience
6. Previous experience in hospitality or a customer service-facing role
7. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels
8. Immaculate presentation
9. Ability to work independently with confidence, using own initiative as required
10. Look for opportunities to enhance client/visitor experience
11. Clear, concise and confident communication skills which are customer service orientated with a very keen eye for detail
12. Confidence and common sense to access and utilize expert resources when making decisions
13. Maintain and practice a high degree of confidentiality at all times
14. Computer literate with good email etiquette. The use of concierge and Microsoft systems is an advantage.
