In the role of Talent Advisor, you'll partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager to deliver a reliable talent service, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for hiring managers and new team members across the Culligan UKI Group. Responsibilities - Proactively assist our hiring managers in embracing the Topgrading recruitment process, ensuring a consistent approach across all hiring efforts. Take ownership of various vacancies across different business units, overseeing recruitment activities through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Skillfully evaluate shortlisted candidates before engaging in discussions with hiring managers to identify suitable candidates. Regularly assess and enhance the onboarding experience to ensure it embodies our company culture and equips new team members with the essential knowledge and skills to thrive in their new roles. Engage in interviews with hiring managers as needed and actively participate in discussions with them throughout every phase of the recruitment process. Working with the Talent Acquisition Manager to undertake talent needs assessment to identify future talent needs based on business objectives, projects and growth plans To ensure reference checking processes are completed consistently and recorded appropriately as per GDPR Proactively explore and implement resource solutions, keeping a close eye on the effectiveness of each channel utilised. Enhance the various tools offered through our ATS to guarantee an exceptional recruitment experience Work alongside our HRHub shared service team to guarantee a seamless and effective 'Welcome to Culligan' experience. Actively observe and assess market dynamics, including trends in job titles, salary ranges, benefits, and advertising strategies. Assist in developing engaging recruitment training materials for our LMS platform. Requirements We're looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in a role focused on recruitment! Comfortable using an applicant tracking system (ATS) In-depth knowledge and practical experience with various recruitment strategies Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
