Progressions Coordinator
Location: Building Futures, Aldridge
Salary: £26,000–£30,000 FTE (pro‑rata for part-time)
Contract: Permanent, Part-Time, 4 days per week

What You’ll Do
* Support learners into work experience placements, apprenticeships, employment, or further education.
* Deliver engaging employability workshops, including CV writing, interview preparation, and workplace skills.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and organisations to create high-quality opportunities.
* Undertake placement risk assessments and ensure students are well-prepared for work experience.
* Track and monitor student progress, providing feedback and celebrating achievements.
* Use social media and marketing to share success stories and raise the profile of the programme.
* Contribute to the Centre Improvement Plan using student, employer, and progression data.
* Safeguard learners, promoting British Values and ensuring a safe, inclusive learning environment.
What We’re Looking For
* Level 2 English and Maths (or equivalent).
* Experience working with 16–18-year-olds and in education or training.
* Strong organisation, planning, and communication skills.
* Enthusiasm, resilience, and a positive, engaging personality.
* Ability to build strong relationships with employers and learners.
* Desirable: CEIAG Level 3/4, Health & Safety qualification.
* Experience in sales, outreach, marketing, or recruitment.
