An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Finance Team which supports TASC Research & Development services. We are looking for an accountant to work in conjunction with the Finance Manager, and other members of the Finance Team, to provide financial support to TASC Management. You will help the Finance Manager to develop and implement finance strategies and processes to facilitate clinical research activity and ensure compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
* Provide financial support to TASC Management in collaboration with the Finance Manager and Finance Team; assist in developing and implementing finance strategies and processes to facilitate clinical research activity and ensure regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
* CCAB fully or part qualified; advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
* Specialised knowledge of NHS research funding is advantageous but not essential; on-the-job training will be provided.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to achieve tight deadlines under pressure.
Induction and Code of Conduct
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
