We are looking for a full-time Field Services Engineer for our Customer Service department. The opportunity is remote-based, seeking someone located in and around the Wakefield area.
Your responsibilities include:
1. Installing our product range at customer sites.
2. Training users on product operation.
3. Performing preventive maintenance and repairs on our machines.
4. Preventing or resolving technical problems.
Your profile
* Specialized in electromechanics with competence in component-level repair.
* Ability to read and understand technical manuals.
* Previous experience in a technical role; experience with industrial copiers, printers, office machines, or production mailers is a plus.
* Strong customer focus combined with technical skills.
* Analytical mindset and eagerness to learn.
* Flexible, independent, and commercially skilled.
