Mobile Vehicle SMART Repair Technician to be based around the Kingston Upon Thames Area and the surrounding region.
Are you a skilled Mobile SMART Repairer seeking an exciting new opportunity? Our client, a leading and award-winning mobile vehicle SMART repair company operating across the UK, is looking to recruit a dedicated Mobile SMART Repairer to join their team covering the Kingston Upon Thames area and surrounding regions. This position offers a competitive starting salary, great earning potential, and the chance to work with state-of-the-art equipment in a dynamic environment.
Benefits for the Mobile SMART Repairer:
1. Starting salary of up to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience
2. Performance-related bonus scheme with potential earnings of over £55,000 annually
3. Overtime available paid at £150 per half-day or £300 per full day
4. 30 days annual leave, including bank holidays
5. Fully equipped modern van and fuel card provided
6. Work Monday to Friday, 45 hours a week, with one Saturday per month (paid as overtime)
7. Uniform, mobile phone, and payment device supplied

9. Ongoing training and development at IMI-certified centre, including potential to gain ATA qualification in SMART repair methods
Duties of the Mobile SMART Repairer:
10. Carrying out minor cosmetic repairs on vehicles at customer locations, including bumper scuffs, chipped alloys, and paint imperfections
11. Achieving a high first-time fix rate to ensure customer satisfaction
12. Working independently using company equipment and supplies
13. Maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach when representing the company
14. Managing your schedule efficiently across the Kingston Upon Thames region with pre-arranged appointments
15. Ensuring all repairs meet quality standards and health and safety guidelines
Requirements of the Mobile SMART Repairer:
16. Previous experience as a SMART Repairer, mobile or workshop-based, preferred
17. Relevant transferable skills in vehicle re-spraying, filling, and preparation
18. Proactive, self-motivated with good organisational skills
19. Excellent customer service skills
20. Valid UK driving licence is essential
