Your new role
As a Senior Electrical Design Engineer, you will play a key role in leading and delivering electrical building services design across major UK projects. You’ll work closely with architects, contractors, and fellow engineers to develop technically sound, energy‑efficient, andmercially viable design solutions.
You will take ownership of projects from concept through topletion, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to technical excellence within the team.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Lead electrical design onplex building services projects
2. Produce calculations, drawings, reports, and specifications
3. Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams
4. Attend client meetings and present technical solutions
5. Ensurepliance with relevant standards and regulations
6. Support the development and mentoring of junior engineers
7. Contribute to design reviews, QA processes, and best‑practice initiatives
