Organisational Design Consultant Hybrid Working The purpose of this engagement is to support the design and implementation of a future-state administrative support operating model that is:? ?Efficient, cost-effective, and scalable?Enabled by streamlined processes and appropriate technology? Aligned to organisational priorities and demand? Capable of delivering high-quality, consistent support across the Force? The consultant will build on the Ignite review findings and Strategic Change Team process mapping to develop a robust, evidence-based organisational design.? ? Objectives:? Translate 'as-is' and 'to-be' process insights into organisational requirements. Design a future operating model that supports efficient administrative delivery Ensure alignment between structure, roles, capability, and demand Enable leadership decision-making through evidence-based options Support the development of an implementable and sustainable organisational structure You will have at least 5 years organisational design experience and ideally would have worked in the Public Sector.
