North Lincolnshire Home First Community Support Service is a registered Rehabilitation and Reablement service providing time-limited intervention and therapies within clients' own homes. Our goal is to deliver person-centered support that enables individuals to remain at home, feel confident, and live as independently as possible.
Rehabilitation Worker post holders support individuals following accidents or illnesses, facilitating their return to independence. This involves following therapy plans and collaborating with other health and social care professionals. The role includes direct work such as assisting with moving and handling, personal care, administering medication, and promoting social inclusion and emotional wellbeing.
The role offers a 25-hour per week contract, providing a good work-life balance. Shifts are on a rolling rota, requiring 3 to 4 shifts per week between 07:00 and 23:00. There are opportunities for overtime, including weekend enhancements, for those seeking additional hours.
