We're looking for a sales associate to join the team at Ideal. This is a varied and active role and you'll be expected to serve customers on the trade counter and over the phone, assist with duties in the warehouse, in order to uphold the exceptional levels of customer service we are known for.
As the Sales Associate, you'll be expected to:
* Serve on the trade counter and handle incoming enquiries
* Process quotes
* Maintain the branch and warehouse, including stock rotation and general housekeeping
* Receive, check and store incoming goods
* Assist with general duties as directed by the Branch Manager and their assistant
In order to this, you will:
* Have excellent customer service skills
* Be a great communicator
* Have a flexible approach to duties and tasks
* Be an enthusiastic team player with the ability to make a positive contribution
* Be ambitious to progress and keen to learn
