Visitor Information Centre Officer – responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operation of the Visitor Information Centre, ensuring that information is accurate and available, replenishing stocks, and providing customer-focused service to visitors, residents and businesses. The role follows a three-days-in-seven schedule, including rotational weekend working.
Responsibilities
* Assist in day-to-day operations of the Visitor Information Centre.
* Replenish stocks and ensure information is readily available and up-to-date.
* Maintain a customer-focused service that exceeds expectations, responding enthusiastically to enquiries in a helpful and efficient manner.
* Act as an ambassador for the town, promoting Stratford‑upon‑Avon and surrounding areas as a tourism destination.
* Perform duties as part of a hard-working and flexible team, receiving full training in all service aspects.
* Work under pressure and contribute to a busy, dynamic team environment.
Requirements
