Customer Engagement Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team and play a key role in building strong relationships with our customers.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a proven track record of success in sales and account management.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular visits, phone calls, and emails.
* Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts to increase revenue.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements to provide expert advice to customers.
* Manage customer records and ensure accurate data entry on our CRM system.
* Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
* Work closely with Marketing to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out regular visits with customers to support their requirements.
* Nurture customer accounts for upsell, cross-sell, and contractual revenue opportunities.
* Attend scheduled meetings with team members, including Line Managers, to discuss potential pipeline and ongoing activity.
* Maintain an appropriate level of knowledge of products, services, and technological developments.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders and discuss projects with development, web, support, and account management teams.
* Maintain high standards of record-keeping on our CRM.
* Achieve sales targets.
