In-Work Support Adviser – Restart Programme Location: Norwich Hours: 37 hours per week (Mon–Thu 8.30am–5pm, Fri 8.30am–4.30pm) Salary: £26,500 – £29,858 per annum (dependent on experience) Closing Date: 24 April 2026 Are you passionate about helping people succeed in work? We’re looking for an In-Work Support Adviser to support participants who have moved into employment, helping them sustain work, overcome barriers and progress in their careers. You’ll manage a varied caseload, providing personalised, in-work coaching to support wellbeing, mental health and job retention. Working closely with employers, partners, Jobcentre Plus and local specialist services, you’ll advocate for participants, resolve workplace challenges and ensure the right support is in place.
