We're seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Project Manager to lead our Empowering Futures initiative in South Derbyshire - a 9-month project supporting individuals who are currently NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training). You'll bring strong leadership and organisational skills, with experience of managing projects and reporting on outcomes. You'll be confident developing partnerships with employers, colleges and community organisations and have a practical understanding of how to create pathways into education, training, and employment. Above all, you'll be someone who thrives on helping young people realise their potential. Key responsibilities: Lead the development, implementation and delivery of the Empowering Futures project, ensuring it meets objectives and delivers measurable outcomes. Manage project operations, including planning, monitoring progress against KPIs and overseeing budget requirements. Build and maintain strong partnerships with a range of stakeholders to create meaningful opportunities for young people. Ensure the provision of high-quality support services, including skills development, career guidance, and progression into education, employment, or training.
