Possibly longer -Pay rate starts at £89.38, can be increased depending on qualifications / experience -You will be required to support a pupil on an individual basis who has a diagnosis of trauma. There is high emotional support needed and sp requires someone who can be calm and patient with challenging behaviour About you -Previous experience of working with children with ALN would be preferred but not essential.
