Wicketz Coach (Cricket Development Coach)

Salary: £15,600 per annum
Job type: Part-time 21 hours per week (3 days) - Permanent Contract
Nottinghamshire County Cricket Clubs in partnership with Lord's Taverners are looking to recruit a dynamic and enthusiastic Wicketz Officer (Cricket Development Coach) to deliver our Wicketz programmes. The Officer will work closely with both cricket clubs and a number of community and youth groups to engage and deliver cricket activity to hard-to-reach and disadvantaged young people.
We are looking for someone with the experience of supporting young people facing a range of challenges, who wants to get involved in a programme that is supporting young people aged 8-19 years to get involved in sport, in particular cricket, to help them increase their self-esteem, confidence and sense of belonging. This is a unique opportunity to get involved with Nottinghamshire County Cricket Clubs.
The successful applicant will be subjected to a minimum minimum ECB level 2 Coaching qualification or UKCC2 in another sport (or overseas equivalent),, Safeguarding, First Aid and a full driving license
Due to the nature of this role an ECB Enhanced DBS will be carried out for successful candidate.

Second stage interviews will take place on Wednesday 22nd October 2025, which will consist of a practical delivery of a session.
