Job Details
Job Title: Installations Coordinator
Location: Office-based in Newcastle-under-Lyme
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday (Weekend work may be required)
Reports to: Office Manager
Holiday: 28 days (including bank holidays)
Overtime: Overtime may be payable if required
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing Installations: Oversee and schedule fitting appointments for customers, ensuring installations are completed on time and meet our high standards.
* Diary Management: Maintain and update the fitting diary, allocating jobs to the right teams and ensuring a smooth workflow.
* Team Communication: Liaise effectively with fitting teams, providing clear instructions and updates to ensure a seamless installation process.
* Maximising Revenue: Use your initiative to move jobs around the schedule as needed, ensuring the most profitable and efficient use of resources.
* CRM Training & Usage: We will provide full training on our CRM system, which you will use to track jobs, manage scheduling, and stay on top of daily tasks.
* Process Improvement: Take an active role in suggesting and implementing improvements to our company processes, helping us become more efficient and deliver even better service.
Skills Required:
* Excellent Timekeeping: The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively to ensure installations are completed on time.
* Strong Communication Skills: Good communication is key, whether you’re talking to customers, fitting teams, or colleagues.
* Proficient IT Skills: Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software to manage tasks and keep records.
* Prioritisation Skills: A strong ability to manage competing demands and focus on the most important tasks at the right times.
* Team Management: Previous experience in managing teams, ensuring everyone is on the same page and working efficiently together.
* Proactive Approach: You’ll be someone who is always looking for ways to improve our processes and make things run more smoothly.
