Manufacturing Quality Production Team Leader

Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is seeking a proactive and experienced Manufacturing Quality Team Leader to oversee quality assurance processes and lead a team of quality professionals. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and a commitment to continuous improvement within the engineering and manufacturing industry.
Key Duties
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Quality Operatives, Technicians, and Engineers.
* Drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the organisation.
* Monitor and report on key quality metrics and team performance.
* Ensure compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
* Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
* Collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, and supply chain teams.
* Facilitate audits (internal, customer, and regulatory) and manage follow-up actions.
* Develop and maintain quality documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and inspection plans.
* Lead and manage projects as required.
