In-House Paralegal - EV Charging & Utilities - London (Hybrid) - £65k

Working pattern: 3 days per week on site (Tuesday–Thursday)
Salary: £55,000 to £65,000 + bonus
Progression: Supported route to qualification / PQE
Role Overview
This role sits within a small and growing in-house legal team supporting a national EV and energy infrastructure network. The team works closely with property, real estate, and development functions to secure, manage, and expand infrastructure assets across the UK.
This is a developmental role, suitable for a paralegal or early-career legal professional who wants hands-on exposure to real estate and infrastructure law within an in-house environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support property transactions including leases, licences, and land agreements
Assist with site acquisition and legal due diligence
Maintain legal documents, trackers, and property portfolios
Liaise with external solicitors, land agents, and internal stakeholders
Support the wider legal team with transactional and administrative matters
Assist with compliance and document management processes
Key Requirements
Previous experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, ideally in property or real estate
Interest in utilities, EV charging, renewables, or infrastructure projects
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a small, collaborative in-house team
