Customer Service Representative - Weekends
Location: Remote working with training in Nottingham
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 9am - 5pm / 12.30pm - 9pm alternating
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Ongoing temporary contract

Responsibilities:
1. Responding to customer queries via tickets, emails, letters, telephone, and live chat
2. Investigating and resolving customer complaints
3. Liaising with internal teams, B2B partners, customers, and couriers
4. Processing orders, payments, returns, replacements, and refunds
5. Maintaining knowledge of products, services, and promotions to provide a first-class customer experience
6. Performing administrative duties related to customer service
7. Managing fluctuating workloads
Requirements:
* Proven customer service experience in office, call centre, retail, hospitality, or similar environments
* Bubbly and passionate communicator
* Adaptability and team player
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
